The commissioned facilities are a health center, psycho-educational center and a pharmacy made available by CRA as a part of enhancing health and psychological care for vulnerable and needy populations in Constantine .

During a working visit devoted to the inspection of structures coming under the organization she chairs, Ibtissem Hamlaoui, accompanied  by the governor of Constantine Abdelhak Sayouda  and military and civil local authorities, inaugurated a health center and a pharmacy located near the headquarters of the municipality of Constantine .

According to explanations provided on site ,the center has two  auscultation rooms  and a large five-bed treatment room supervised by 36 volunteer  doctors and paramedical agents.
