ADRAR-The Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Laid Rebiga, kicked off Tuesday a solidarity caravan for the inhabitants of the Reggane region (150 km south of Adrar), to mark the 64^th anniversary of the nuclear explosions carried out by the French occupying forces in southern Algeria.
