ALGIERS-At a meeting chaired by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Council of Ministers on Sunday approved the project to build a seawater desalination plant at Tamda Ouguemoun in the commune of Iflissen (province of Tizi Ouzou).
