ALGIERS- The head of the National Observatory of Civil Society, Noureddine Benbraham, has met with the representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Algeria, Katarina Johansson, discussing ways to establish a significant partnership between the two bodies under the Algeria-UN Cooperation Framework 2023-2027, the observatory said Tuesday in a  statement.
