ALGIERS - The Higher Council for Youth (CSJ) is holding a ceremony at Sidi-Abdellah university campus (Algiers) to mark the 68th anniversary of Student Day. The event will bring together various members of the student community and the country's senior authorities, said the CSJ in a statement on Friday.
