The event occurred in a serene and friendly environment where elderly and disabled children relaxed and had fun in the open air.
During the event, Krikou affirmed that she had chosen to share the joy of Eid with children with special needs, scouts, and the parents who found themselves in nursery homes, in order to bring family joy in the open air.”
She added that her sector “is accustomed to organizing these events during various occasions, in coordination with other relevant sectors, notably the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energy, to create a familial atmosphere, especially in Eid.”
For her part, Dahleb highlighted “the importance of holding these events in the open air to raise awareness among children and elderly people of the importance of preserving Algeria's abundant forest and biological heritage.”
