ALGIERS- The Higher Council of the Youth (CSJ) said, on Monday in a Communiqué, that Algeria was selected to host the 4th Pan-African Youth Forum, scheduled to take place from 1 to 4 November, and this after having submitted its candidacy to host this important event.
