ALGIERS- President of the High Council of Youth (CSJ), Mustapha Hidaoui, said, in Addis-Ababa, that Algeria’s participation in the African Youth Summit, being held in Ethiopian capital, was an opportunity to address the multiple interesting questions in Africa, according to a Communiqué issued on Saturday by the Council.
