ALGIERS – President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has decided to allocate an additional quota of 2,000 Hajj permits to citizens aged 70 and above who have participated in the Hajj lottery more than 10 times without being selected, according to a statement issued Wednesday by the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities, and National Planning.
