ALGIERS- The director general of Civil Protection, Colonel Boualem Boughlef, leading a delegation of senior executives, has started an official visit to the Czech Republic, at the invitation of his counterpart, General Vladimir Vlitchik, the Directorate-General of Civil Protection said Monday in a statement.
