BOUJEDOUR (Sahrawi Refugee Camps)- A framework agreement was signed Saturday, in Boujedour (Sahrawi refugee camp), between the minister of Culture and Arts and the his Sahrawi counterpart about the strengthening of cultural cooperation and the creation of a Sahrawi national theatre.
