Launched by the Minister of Culture and Arts, Soraya Mouloudji, the show was held in the presence of the President of the Constitutional Court, Omar Belhadj, the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Basma Azouar, and the National Delegate for the Protection and Promotion of Childhood, Meriem Cherfi, in addition to members of the revolutionary family and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Algeria.

The performance featured 350 young musicians from 40 Algiers-based associations. Also, three honored guest associations participated: Ahbab Chikh Bouali from Tlemcen, Nassayem El Ouns from Constantine, and Ahbab El Fan from Oran.
