ALGIERS-The Minister of Culture and Arts has drafted a cultural and artistic program under the commemoration of the 70^th anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious Liberation War, including meetings on cinema, memory, literature of resistance, art performances and a plastic art exhibition, said a ministry’s statement.
