ALGIERS-The Minister of Culture and Arts, Zouhir Ballalou inaugurated Tuesday the 8th International Contemporary Art Festival (IFCA), held at Moufdi-Zakaria Palace of Culture in Algiers, in the presence of professional Algerian and foreign visual artists from 39 countries, including Palestine, the guest of honor at this year's edition.
