ALGIERS- Minister of Health, Abdelhak Saihi, has received the Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Algeria, Umit Alpaslan Kiliç, to discuss the MoU covering the twinning project between the burns hospitals of Zéralda (Algeria) and Istanbul (Turkey), the ministry said in a statement on Friday.
