ALGIERS- The minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, chaired Wednesday in Algiers the opening of a training conference on "Gas and the Future of Energy in International Relations," for the journalists covering the 7th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), to be held from February 29th to March 2nd in Algiers.
