ALGIERS – A memorandum of cooperation in the field of digitalization and the digital economy was signed on Thursday in the People’s Republic of China between the High Commissioner for Digitalization, Meriem Benmouloud, and the Chinese Minister of Industry and Information Technology, Jin Zhuanglong, the High Commission noted in a press release.
