In his speech on this occasion, in the presence of the Mediator of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Ammour, along with governors, executives and local officials, Merad said that the opening lecture “is dedicated to a new management mode as part of a forward-looking training program of a system in line with global developments.”
He noted that “the new modes aim to tackle current challenges and enhance performance to fulfill the ambitions of public authorities.”
“By performing well, future executives will be able to earn public trust through addressing citizens' concerns and meeting their needs,” the minister added.
The School's Director General, Abdelmalik Mezhouda, said that the ENA had “adapted its programs to be in line with current challenges, particularly in terms of improving public management, effectiveness of public policies and digital transformation, as well as bolstering international cooperation programs and exchange of experiences.”
