"As part of monitoring the health situation in some southern provinces, the Government heard a communication on the various measures taken and the progress made in prevention and vaccination campaigns aimed at curbing the spread of epidemics, in implementation of the directives of the President of the Republic given to this effect, particularly with regard to strengthening the capacities of health structures and establishments and providing necessary medicines and vaccines, which has allowed the mobilization of all capacities and the management of the epidemiological situation according to scientific protocols, as well as the decrease in the number of registered infection cases,” said the source.

"Efforts remain mobilized and continuous for the eradication of this epidemic situation, particularly through the fight against illegal immigration,” added the source.
