The transfer of power took place at the ministry's headquarters, between El-Mahdi Oualid and Ouadah, who was the director of start-ups and support structures at the same ministry.

Speaking on that occasion, Ouadah expressed gratitude and thanks for the confidence the president of the Republic has placed in him.

He stressed that the ministry would work for "making Algeria an African leader in knowledge economy, start-ups and micro-businesses," through "the combination of efforts by all operators, and the other sectors, to achieve this objective."
