The minister examined “the possibility of reorganising and restructuring the group so as to assure an optimum management and a better adaptation to the national market’s needs and modernize management methods with the potential use of start-ups to handle certain aspects,” the ministry said in a press release.

During this meeting, which is part of a series of evaluation meetings for industrial groups and affiliated organizations, a presentation on Saidal’s production of medicines and the role of the ANPP was made.

The discussions mainly focused on the production and market of medicines and pharmaceutical products in Algeria, the methods and mechanisms for organizing and regulating this market, and the aspects related to control, compliance and certification of these products.

In this respect, the meeting was an opportunity to emphasize Saidal’s contribution to achieving self-sufficiency in medicines and pharmaceutical products, both in terms of volume and the variety of medicines produced, and to discuss the ongoing projects to diversify and increase production volume, aimed at securing a larger market share in the coming years.  [/ecr]
