KUWAIT, Dec 4 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Youth Public Authority (YPA) announced Wednesday the launch of the "Professional Initiator" program in the tech and artificial intelligence (AI) sectors between December 15 and and January 30.
The authority's Acting Deputy Director General for Youth Projects Dr. Musaad Al-Kuraibani stated in a press statement that the program targets young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35, aiming to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to develop innovative applications using AI.
He further said that the program includes intensive practical and theoretical training over 100 hours across seven weeks, focusing on several areas, with these trainings leading to a final project offering innovative solutions.
Dr. Al-Kuraibani explained that the program aim to attract entrepreneurial-minded youth proficient in English and possessing basic computer skills to harness their potential and assist them in launching startups using AI tools.
He noted that academics and specialists would be teaching and helping participants to produce prototypes and other AI fields from a commercial perspective.
