TEHRAN, Jan 30 (KUNA) -- An earthquake measuring 4.1 degrees on the Richter Scale hit Iran's southwestern province of Khuzestan on Thursday, according to the country's Seismological Center.
The tremor, which took place at 12.7 pm local time, was at a depth of 10 km, the center said in a press release.
The quake caused neither casualties nor material damage, according to Khuzestan's emergency agency. (end) mw.mt
