KUWAIT, Feb 14 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Friday a cable of congratulations to Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the Kingdom's National Action Charter.
