BEIRUT, Feb 15 (KUNA) -- The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced on Saturday that two people were killed and five others were injured in an Israeli occupation airstrike on a car in the town of Arabsalim in southern Lebanon.
The Public Health Emergency Operations Center affiliated with the Ministry of Health said in a statement that two children were among the wounded.
It indicated that a person was killed in the collapse of a building today in the town of Ain Qana in the south, which was targeted by the Israeli occupation in an earlier raid.
For its part, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that the occupation forces carried out a major bombing operation, the second in less than an hour this evening, targeting a number of homes in the border town of Yaroun in southern Lebanon.
The occupation forces had burned the homes and completely eliminated what remained of them in the town of Kfar Kila, it pointed out.
The Israeli occupation forces continue to target Lebanese towns, in addition to their presence in a number of border villages, despite the ceasefire agreement coming into effect on November 27. (end) ayb.ibi
