KUWAIT, Feb 16 (KUNA) - Kuwait Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifah Al-Ajeel and Uzbekistan Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov, discussed Sunday enhancing economic ties between the two countries.
In a press statement, the Ministry of Commerce said that the two ministers discussed the upcoming visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the country and the files that will be touched on during the visit, which are aimed at increasing trade cooperation between the two countries.
The value of Kuwait's imports from Uzbekistan during 2024 third quarter amounted to KD 1,793,000 (about USD 5.8 million). (end) aam.aa
