KUWAIT, Feb 18 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya received on Tuesday Douglas A. Silliman, president of the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington (AGSIW) and former US ambassador to Kuwait, who is now on a visit to Kuwait.
