KUWAIT, Feb 18 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received on Tuesday a phone call from the British Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan Hamish Falconer.
