KUWAIT, Feb 24 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Tuesday a congratulatory cable from the His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on occasion of the 64th national day and 34th liberation day.
