KUWAIT, March 2 (KUNA) -- The State of Kuwait strongly condemned and denounced the Israeli occupation authorities' decision on Sunday to block the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
In a statement, Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs dismissed the Israeli occupation's decision as a blatant violation of the international law and the principles of the international humanitarian law.
It is also disregard the catastrophic impacts of the brutal Israeli war on the densely-populated Strip, the Ministry stated.
It added that the State of Kuwait renews its call for stopping all the decisions and policies which do not adhere to the humanitarian principles and deny Palestinian people their basic rights and use starvation a weapon to pressure Palestinians in the holy fasting month of Ramadan. (end) nma.tab.ibi
